As social media manager, I oversee the company’s digital interactions with the public by creating content and implementing social media strategies for audience growth. Duties include but are not limited to analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in audience interactions, and planning digital content to build a community online. Allowing Colonia Dental to share their work with their growing audience while educating them on the importance of oral health.

Relationship Management - JPMorgan Chase

COMMUNICATION

While working at JPMorgan Chase I was able to learn and hone how to build client relationships. As social media manager at Colonia Dental, I was able to take the skills I learned while interacting with clients and implement them to manage the social media presence of the dental office. While working for Colonia Dental Associates I have been able to increase their social media following by 200% and have increased their patient pool by 30%. As a team, the doctors and I have been able to successfully educate patients on the importance of oral health. The fact-based content has led to building truth and loyalty among the patients.

Leadership

While working at JPMorgan Chase I was able to recognize a need for financial education among the youth. Working alongside the management team I was able to create and lead a quarterly hour-long seminar, educating the high school and college aged children of our clients on how to manage their personal finances.

Presently working at Colonia Dental Associates, the doctors and I have identified a need for education in oral health. We have made it our mission to combat the misinformation on social media, by providing our audience with fact-based information about oral health. With the assistance of the doctors, I create content that fulfills the dental office’s social responsibility to educate people and prevent the spread of misinformation.
